Frank and his wife, Alison, live in the Modesto area and have four children together. Frank owns and operates several businesses, including a forage harvesting company, an almond harvesting company, and a commodity hauling company. He is also actively involved in farming a variety of crops, such as walnuts, corn, and almonds.
